★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los equipos quedaron bastante bien cuando los lleve a mantenimiento, todo el trabajo perfecto, sin embargo tienes que estar insistiendo para ver como va para la fecha de entrega, porque si no lo haces tú a los encargados de hacer eso no le preocupa
 The equipment looked quite good when I took it to maintenance, all the work perfect, however you have to be insisting to see how it goes for the delivery date, because if you do not do it, the people in charge of doing that do not worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen mucho personal. Conte al menos 10 personas. De todos cuando entre nadie fue para ofrecerse a atender. Hasta q el más joven e inexperto me atendió. No entendía nada y le preguntaba constantemente a una mujer q está en el mostrador detrás d una computadora. Al final casi después d media hora salí d ahí con una pieza muy sencilla. Pésimo servicio para tanto personal.
They have a lot of staff. Count at least 10 people. Of all when no one was to offer to attend. Until the youngest and most inexperienced one attended to me. I did not understand anything and constantly asked a woman who is at the counter behind a computer. In the end, almost after half an hour, I went out there with a very simple piece. Terrible service for so many staff.

Digamos que siempre hay alguien que pueda atenderte y los tiempos de reparación o revisión a equipos son muy buenos, quizá tarde pero es comprensible ya que tienen mucho trabajo
Excellent attention from the staff, they solve your doubts and attend to whoever enters.
Let's say that there is always someone who can assist you and the repair or revision times for equipment are very good, maybe late but it is understandable since they have a lot of work

Que porque tienen mucho trabajo ??? entonces que querían???.
Ya me imagino como va hacer el precio de la reparación.....
Pregunte por accesorios y que no había ???
