Día siguiente a pedir que me lo arreglaran, un chico lo intento pero no funciono. Allí estaba Marisol y no fue para ir y ofrecerme una disculpa, nadie en la estética se disculpó. Deberían contratar personal calificado y si alguien no sabe cortar el cabello pues que no lo haga y solo se dedique a lo que si sabe hacer. No vayan !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien la atención al cliente no fue malo, el corte y el manejo de productos si lo fue. Mi cabello es rizado por lo que no solicité peinado y la estilista usó mousse solo en la parte de atrás de mi cabello; con ello mi cabello quedó esponjado y tieso.
Esperaba más atención al cliente y al detalle del servicio.
While the customer service was not bad, the cutting and handling of products was. My hair is curly so I didn't request styling and the stylist used mousse only on the back of my hair; with it my hair was fluffy and stiff.
I expected more attention to customer and service detail.
