★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hize mi cita con 8 días de anticipación para un maquillaje y peinado y llegando el dia y hora me dicen que no llegará la persona asignada al trabajo (Leo) fue una falta de respeto y poco profesional.
 Terrible service, I made my appointment 8 days in advance for a makeup and hairstyle and arriving on the day and time they tell me that the person assigned to work (Leo) will not arrive, it was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Hoy fue la excepción pues me negaron el servicio.. .mi pelo está procesado dejé pasar tres meses, dijeron que en un mes regresaraperi eso si, tenia que comprar un shampoo de $600 porque si no en un mes si regreso al servicio y no usé el shampoo tendré que firmar pues no se hacen responsables.. .?
The service had been good, expensive but worth it. Today was the exception because they denied me the service... my hair is processed I let three months go by, they said that in a month I would come back, yes, I had to buy a $600 shampoo because if not in a month if I return to the service and I did not use I will have to sign the shampoo because they are not responsible.. .?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor corte de la historia, de nada sirve que le enseñes fotos y le digas las cosas que no te gustan al estilista (“paris” creo que le decían) porque justo va a terminar haciendo lo contrario. Hasta miedo me dio decirle que era exactamente lo que no quería porque no quería ver qué hacía para arreglarlo. Pesadilla total.
La atención de la recepcionista muy muy amable pero es lo único rescatable.
The worst cut in history, it's no use showing photos and telling the stylist things you don't like (“paris” I think they told him) because he's just going to end up doing the opposite. I was even scared to tell him that it was exactly what he didn't want because I didn't want to see what he did to fix it. Total nightmare.
The attention of the receptionist very very friendly but it is the only redeeming thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención personalizada, muy amables. El tratamiento que me hicieron fue más de lo que esperaba. Paris y Cruz son un amor y te hacen sentir muy consentida y única. Sin duda regresaré.
Excellent service and personalized attention, very friendly. The treatment they gave me was more than I expected. Paris and Cruz are a love and make you feel very pampered and unique. I will definitely return.
