Llevé a mi mami y le dejaron manchas como de leopardo cuando sólo había que aplicar tinte, más obscuro que su propio color. Además le hicieron manicure, el barniz quedó grumoso y no fueron para corregirlo. A mí me cortaron el pelo "en capas" y tampoco me gustó, hicieron sólo 2 capas y degrafilaron cuando les pedí que no lo hicieran. ?
Súper tache, ni se acerquen al lugar.

Mi mama, hija y yo acudimos a arreglarnos el Cabello, el servicio bien, sin embargo permitieron que un cliente permaneciera sin cubrebocas dentro del salón, y aunque solicite que se lo pidieran el sujeto argumento que no era obligatorio y el personal no hizo nada y lo atendió como si nada, incluso me dijeron que era cliente frecuente y que siempre hacia lo mismo. Y SU DERECHO DE RESERVARSE LA ADMISIÓN???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hombre que cortó mi cabello básicamente hacía comentarios negativos sin cuidado, como "uy pues hace cuanto no te cortabas el cabello?" "ay que poquito cabello tienes aquí"... Este tipo de comentarios pueden hacer sentir mal a alguien, no deben hacerse sin conocer un contexto detrás de ello. En segundo lugar me gustó el corte pero tras el secado de cabello siento que me lo quemó! Yo casi nunca uso secadora y después de un corte espero mi cabello sin maltrato, pues lo traigo quemado como si usara secadora a diario. No volvería ahí este lugar, es poco el profesionalismo con los comentarios.
The man who cut my hair was basically just making careless negative comments, like "wow, how long has it been since you cut your hair?" "Oh, you have little hair here" ... These types of comments can make someone feel bad, they should not be made without knowing a context behind it. Second, I liked the cut but after drying my hair I feel like it burned me! I almost never use a dryer and after a cut I wait for my hair without mistreatment, because I bring it burned as if I used a dryer every day. I would not return to this place, there is little professionalism with the comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, mala atención, les aconsejo no vayan a este lugar, no saben trabajar efectos de color, su material es muy malo, me dejarron muy maltratado el cabello, no hay medidas de higiene por coovid.
Terrible service, poor attention, I advise you not to go to this place, they do not know how to work color effects, their material is very bad, they left my hair very mistreated, there are no hygiene measures due to coovid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad ya visitado antes el lugar, pero quedé muy decepcionada en mi última visita. Para empezar pedi un tinte de fantasía de un tono lila pastel, pero el chico me puso uno morado muy oscuro que se ocultaba con mi cabello natural, no solo eso, para cuándo me lave el cabello todo el tinte se cayo regresando mi cabello a un tono amarillo deslavado, (realice este tratamiento el sábado, hoy jueves y el tinte se cayo completamente); luego pedí un corte de cabello estilo wolfcut que consiste en varias capas, cosa que no hicieron y me lo dejo igual o más recto a como ya lo traia ( mejor yo en mi casa lo puede hacer, teniendo 0 experiencia). Lo que más me molestó es que no me cobraron cualquier cosa $1246 por todo. Con todo eso dudo mucho volver al lugar.

To begin with, I asked for a fantasy dye in a pastel lilac tone, but the guy gave me a very dark purple one that was hidden with my natural hair, not only that, by the time I washed my hair, all the dye fell off, returning my hair to a faded yellow tone, (I did this treatment on Saturday, today Thursday and the dye completely fell off); then I asked for a wolfcut style haircut that consists of several layers, which they did not do and I left it the same or straighter than how I already had it (better I can do it at home, having 0 experience). What bothered me the most is that they didn't charge me anything $1246 for everything. With all that I doubt very much to return to the place.
