El pasado sábado 18 de agosto fuí a la plaza de Patio Tlalpan por la tarde y aproveché para hacer cita para el domingo siguiente, osea el 19. Me habían recomendado al estilista de nombre José (Pepe) por lo que hice la cita con a las 2:00 pm. Al día siguiente me presenté puntual a mi cita y solo había dos chicos más además de la recepcionista, preguntamos por Pepe pero no había llegado aún, nos sentamos a esperarlo mientras le marcaban a su celular sin respuesta alguna, así nos dieron las 2:30 pm y comentamos que mejor nos íbamos porque había mas cosas que hacer.
Observé que había un chico más, pregunté por él y me atreví a hacer cita con el para ese mismo día, nos lo dieron a las 4:30pm, pero la espera valió la pena. Ismael nos cortó muy bien el cabello, nos entendió como lo queríamos y hasta nos hizo sugerencias que nos agradaron, me gustó que no ocupará las tijeras de degrafilar, sino que todo lo trabajaba él mismo. Entre la amabilidad y servicio de la recepcionista e Ismael se nos olvidó la mala experiencia y el "plantón" en que nos dejó José (Pepe), nunca supieron nada de él porque ni entraban las llamadas.
¿Porque tener a alguien en un negocio dedicado a ofrecer un servicio que no tiene respeto por los clientes o los compromisos previos por muy bien que llegase a trabajar?
Por lo que entendí Ismael tuvo que cubrirlo y estar ahí todo el día; además de no ser el primer día que la aplicaba de no ir.
A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT ENDED IN SOMETHING GOOD
Last Saturday, August 18, I went to the Plaza de Patio Tlalpan in the afternoon and took the opportunity to make an appointment for the following Sunday, that is, the 19th. I had been recommended to the stylist named José (Pepe) so I made the appointment with at 2:00 pm. The next day I showed up on time for my appointment and there were only two other boys in addition to the receptionist, we asked for Pepe but he had not arrived yet, we sat down to wait for him while they dialed his cell phone without any answer, so they gave us 2:30 pm and we commented that we better leave because there were more things to do.
I noticed that there was one more boy, I asked about him and I dared to make an appointment with him for that same day, they gave him to us at 4:30 pm, but the wait was worth it. Ismael cut our hair very well, understood us how we wanted it and even made suggestions that we liked, I liked that he did not use the scissors, but that he worked everything himself. Between the kindness and service of the receptionist and Ismael we forgot about the bad experience and the "sit-in" in which José (Pepe) left us, they never heard from him because the calls did not come in.
Why have someone in a business dedicated to offering a service that has no respect for customers or prior commitments no matter how well they got to work?
From what I understood Ismael had to cover it and be there all day; Besides not being the first day that I applied it to not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia!!!!! Cortan el cabello sin lavarlo porque no tienen agua en el lugar ..... el estilista me dijo que tenía el cabello súper feo y maltratado solo para venderme un tratamiento “profesional” no se corten el cabello ahí !

1) The place looks nice but the cleanliness needs to improve. Dusty in many corners and they need to wash the sinks every time they serve a customer.
2) Clean the dye off from forehead.
3) wash the “jerga “ with Clorox so it doesn’t smell moldy.
