★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal. Hice mi cita para un servicio Balayage y me hicieron un trabajo horrible, unas mechas amarillas que venían desde la raíz, cuando pedí un castaño cobrizo. Y cuando pedí corrección de color, la chica que me atendió (Lupita) me dijo que lo pensara bien porque ella había llegado 7am y ya eran 4pm y que ya estaba muy cansada (cuando mi cita había sido a la 1pm) desde donde lo viera eso era, sin dudas, manipulación por lo tanto un pésimo servicio.
Very bad. I made my appointment for a Balayage service and they did an awful job, some yellow wicks that came from the root, when I asked for a coppery chestnut. And when I asked for color correction, the girl who looked after me (Lupita) told me to think it over well because she had arrived 7am and it was already 4pm and that she was already very tired (when my appointment had been at 1pm) from where she saw it that was, without doubt, manipulation therefore a lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hemos asistido en ocasiones anteriores nos atendió una señora muy amable y rápida, el día de hoy domingo llegamos a la 1:20 para un corte da caballero, no hay gente la señorita tiene un Niño en la estética y nos dice que no nos puede atender pues tiene una cita a la 1:00pm que lleva 20 minutos de retraso!!!!!
Esas son ganas de no trabajar, en este caso la solución es pasar el corte de caballero en ese momento y cuando llegue su cita que espere unos 15 minutos.Por eso quiebran los negocios por los empleados huevones, dejo ir a un cliente potencial por floja!
Terrible service, we have attended on previous occasions, a very kind and fast lady attended us, today, Sunday, we arrived at 1:20 for a gentleman's cut, there are no people, the lady has a child in the aesthetics and tells us no you can attend us because you have an appointment at 1:00 pm that is 20 minutes late!!!!!
That is the desire not to work, in this case the solution is to pass the gentleman's cut at that time and when your appointment arrives, wait about 15 minutes. !
