Great private gated community above SMA views are fabulous.

I love it! Living here is pure magic.

New condos above town many with views. Community has one pool, 2hot tubs , two saunas....and a gym with a squash court and a racquetball court... hills are steep if walking home from town but taxis are cheap. Some construction still going on.

A new article on youtube just blasted this development for not protecting the water, the native foliage, not allowing people who have walked that hill for generations, access. This site has ruined the visual beauty of san miguel, created incredible traffic problems because of limited avcess to site which has 300 new condos. Shame on you!

One of the best places to live, designed for tourism around de world that gives you all the commodities you can have in San Miguel, near downtown, the supermarket and it has his own shuttle to go downtown, I love it !!!

Mediocre experience here. AVOID STAYING HERE. From the beginning, we should have seen all the red flags. We reserved multiple units months ahead with various families. When we arrived, they “upgraded” one of the units to a horrible unit. Later after asking we get the original units back, they claimed that they couldn’t give it back. They lied, saying that they gave us a warning that the room was given to another group a few days earlier. I guess it’s useless to reserve and PAY ahead of time for specific units. Overall, the main woman helping us do our reservations (Jael) has not been honest at all. Even during checkout, Jael didn’t behave professionally. They did inventory at the END only, and claimed that silverware was missing. On top of that, Jael tried to say one of the groups we were with left late! Checkout is at noon, the group left at 11:30 AM. We have the time stamps and receipts from the checkout. That’s just the management experience. The units have nice views and are ok equipped. But don’t let that fool you. The boilers went out multiple times. Hot water was scarce. The chimneys have NO ventilation. They had a gas explosion recently. Look at the pictures. The rooms we had with chimneys quickly filled up with the smell of gas. They are NOT ventilated to the outside. I can’t recommend this place at all. We had four families stay here plus two more that came in as we left. Avoid this place!

Excellent accommodations. Onsite 24 hour security, clean and well grounds. landscaping. Only con is the gym and pool are closed.

This place is the perfect place to stay when you are in this city. It's kind of like an apartment; it has a TV, a kitchen, a living room, rooms (of course), and bathrooms (of course). I like this place because it gives you free Netflix to watch when you're in the room! I've stayed here for over a week, and this experience was great! I recommend this place to anyone traveling here!
