Stones Hair and Spa - 77500 Cancún

Nicole Carrion of Stones Hair and Spa needs to be advised that I will be taking legal action on Monday, February 14, 2022. Do NOT let them do botox, fillers, or threads on you. If I had the ability to put photos up here, I would for all to see. Nicky refuses to refund my money so that I can get the medical help I need now. I have asked her a number of times for the first and last name of the provider, and her certification number, however, she has not provided it. Also, let me add to my post after reading Nicole (the owner) response. She is NOT telling the truth. My date of service was over 3 weeks ago, and photos are current over the past 5 days. . She expects me to buy a 700.00 plus airline ticket plus lodging to come back and see her. Noone in there right mind would trust this business a 2nd time. I need medical attention immediately. The WhatsApp thread between her and I does tell the truth. All photos and conversation threads are timestamps by the way. I still have not received from her the Last name of the provider or certification number. UPDATE: The owner just released to me the provider's certification(she did not "already" send it., so posting in all fairness....however, the more involved I am with Nicole Carrion, the more dishonest and misleading I am finding her to be. Sad. I am still pursuing this legally at this point and time. By the way, along with a photo of the certification, she carelessly included photos taken of other patients.....BIG No-No.

Professional haircuts at affordable prices. Very friendly staff. Got my two boys a haircut here. They also were able to try the fish tank on their feet. Scheduling very was easy. I highly recommend this place for anybody that needs a spa treatment getting right off the plane or getting off work. It was very relaxing in there just waiting for the haircuts to be completed. #haircut #massage #pedicure

The place is nice and cloran! We had holistic massage my wife and me di good and relax. Then i do it a hydrating facial was amazing and my wife botox with hialurinic ácid and lifting threads and she love it. Highly recommend

Absolutely the best massage hands down!!! You sore or stiff then go see Carlos!!! He’s got hands of an angel!!! Most relaxing Swedish massage!!! Also the fish pedicure was pretty cool too!!! But that massage!!!! Go now don’t wait!!!

I came to Cancun for my birthday and thought it would be nice to get a massage and manicure while on my vacation. The massage: There was no music in the room, used too much oil, the massage was okay... The manicure: 1)The manicure was done by a woman not the guy who did the massage...2) the machine that dries your nails kept turning off so the coats of nail polish never dried 3) after she added several coats of polish she then used acetone and put that on top of my nails 4) I asked to use the bathroom and as I was walking to it I noticed how sticky my nails were so I came downstairs and told the lady she lightly tapped my nails with acetone again (I didn't notice it was acetone at first b/c it was in a clear bottle). I left and looked at my nails and I was very disappointed (I wanted to add pictures to this review but not sure how to) I walked back in and told the manager I really didn't like my nails and asked if I could have a refund, she quickly told me no. She didn't seem like she cared or apologized to me. Then the woman said she would fix them.... I ended up sitting in the chair for another hour, my nails looked so ugly after "she fixed them". She reached for the acetone and tried putting that on my nails again, I told her not to put that on my nails.. Turns out she was using the acetone because she ran out the "product" she was supposed to be using so the manager had to go into the supplies and find it for her.. The next day the colors started fading (white turned into beige) and I just got back home and took the polish off myself. Sorry if this sounded confusing, but do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO HERE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

Nice staff but prices not worth it. I was trying to find a new place to get my lashes done closer to my new place and they over charged me. Looked decent but not attached enough, I normally pay no more than $40 for a hybrid touch up in Plaza Americas which is easy to get to by bus on my extensions and she charged me $90. I don't even pay that in Florida. I was too exhausted to complain but annoyed half are already falling out and I still need a place to go to consistently.

This place is questionable. I had made an appointment 4 days out and returned the next day to confirm - specifically asked for a male for my massage. I came at my appointment and a female. This was not what I asked for. I got a pedicure instead and came back 4 hours later for a massage. I then asked for a receipt. They would not give me one. "Computer is broken" - Why does this business have back up receipts as a hard copy. Did not offer any correction or help to email a receipt or apologize for me having to come back when I scheduled my appointment and was specific. Poor service - poor delivery - and I think questionable money laundering practices.

Today I was in the stone hair & spa studio & I loved it. All people are really kind and I got a really good treatment. Went for a manicure and pedicure and it was fantastic done. Highly recommend this studio. Will come back when I am in Cancun.
