★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos, teníamos una reservación con ellos desde poco más de 3 semanas, al llegar nos cambia de automóvil por uno más caro, como turistas y tener la urgencia del auto aceptamos, al poco después nos cancelan la reservación SIN EXPLICACION ALGUNA! Literalmente solo nos dijeron: lo siento caballero ya no le puedo rentar.. ya no hubo respuesta después.. poco profesionalismo, NO PONGAN SU CONFIANZA AQUÍ ni aunque hayan reservado con mucha anticipación.
 Terrible, we had a reservation with them for just over 3 weeks, when we arrived they changed our car for a more expensive one, as tourists and having the urgency of the car we accepted, shortly after they canceled our reservation WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION! They literally only told us: sorry gentleman I can no longer rent to you... there was no response afterwards... little professionalism, DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST HERE even if you have booked well in advance.

Aquí NO vas a pagar lo mismo que en las grandes compañías, donde piden miles de pesos por un auto malo. Ellos son confiables, los recomiendo ampliamente!!!
The best rental car office that I ever used! Cheap, trustful, very good staff and service 100% recommended, because they have a great prices for really good cars, and you don't need to leave here thousands of dollars for a good car, please don't make more rich to the big companies, support local! ?
The best service I have had in a long time on car rentals! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they help you with everything and they are very kind. Here you are NOT going to pay the same as in the big companies, where they ask for thousands of pesos for a bad car. They are reliable, I highly recommend them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con ellos, acorde un precio y condiciones y al llegar con ellos me lo cambian y me quieren cobrar más y por si eso no fuera suficiente en lo que trataban de arreglar el tema me dejaron parado afuera y esperando por más de una hora. Mala atención les vale el trato al cliente. Nada recomendable.
Bad experience with them, I agree on a price and conditions and when I arrive with them they change it and want to charge me more and if that was not enough in what they tried to fix the issue they left me standing outside and waiting for more than an hour. Bad attention is worth the customer service. Nothing recommendable.
