Así como publique mi inconformidad, también lo hago para dar a conocer la agradable sorpresa en la respuesta y ganas de superar las expectativas de sus clientes.
As I posted, I did not have the right attention however I thank the Director of Stop & Go who personally followed up on the case and they are resolving to leave the car to full satisfaction. Just as I publish my nonconformity, I also do it to publicize the pleasant surprise in the response and desire to exceed the expectations of its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un fraude. Mi coche estuvo 4 meses entrando y saliendo de ese taller, pagando piezas y nunca se arregló el coche; es más, lo dejaron peor que nunca. Si de casualidad no tienen otra opción, nunca les firmen conformidad a menos de que USTEDES prueben el coche. No les doy 0 estrellas porque no puedo
They are a fraud. My car was 4 months in and out of that workshop, paying for parts and the car was never fixed; What's more, they left it worse than ever. If by chance you have no other choice, never sign them in compliance unless YOU test the car. I don't give them 0 stars because I can't

Cuando marque para quejarme a la aseguradora me dijeron que el taller casi desde el primer día según ellos ya me habían dicho que el seguro no lo cubría porque el daño era menor que el deducible.
