Terrible service, they take things from your car, I went in due to mechanical damage and they only fixed the aesthetics, the rude manager, gave me the vehicle with the "yard" light off, and when he said that the car had not turned out well, a majadero told me that the vehicle was an old car and that they did not repair the mechanical fame that caused the mishap and that the car would remain in pension and he went into his office, he is a super rude guy, the place and the staff are not recommended.

In recent days I took my car to repair from a blow that suffered because of an auto insurance that I have, it required the change of the part and paint, which gave an estimated delivery date, which arrived and they did not deliver it because the part It was shorter than required, giving a new delivery date. On the agreed day, I arrived for my unit, which was not ready because they splashed it with paint from another vehicle and had to paint the entire hood. The next day they sent it to my home and it was delivered by a driver who knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle and with sheet in hand to receive it. Below I make a list of how badly the workshop came out: 1 Chest you can see and feel the ripples due to the bad tinwork and the painting of the entire chest leaves much to be desired due to the bad preparation of the surface, leaving it with all the garbage and possible subsidence (without authorization) 2 When the chest was opened, a grate fell from the upper one that they should not have touched. 3 I asked them to fix a hopper for me, it required 2 screws. They charged me 400 pesos to which I obviously refused but they did me the favor of putting rivets on it, I think not to leave. (Without authorization) 4 Painting of the facial under the same conditions. In general, a crappy job, which follows as well as terrible attention. In short, my car went out a lot. worse than it got.

Note: in December 2020, my wife's car was repaired at Stop & Go Automotive Service (San Jerónimo), CDMX, through Quálitas Compañía de Seguros. Yesterday, the area that was precisely repaired, had contact with the branches of a tree and see what we found: the work is not of very bad quality, but what follows; even a child could have painted the defense better. Surely there is no longer a guarantee and if there is, I would definitely not want to go to Stop & Go again. Be careful!

For all those who enter due to an accident, it is better to look for another option, it is a lousy service, delivery dates are never respected, they are totally incompetent. I would never go back to that shop and would never recommend it.

When the car accesses for sure, the adjusters do not tell you that the workshop attends by appointment! and you can save yourself a wasted return by scheduling by phone. As for the workshop, I had a good experience. Very friendly staff. The car entered and left on the scheduled dates. It took its time since the place is in high demand, but I imagine that the times will depend on the condition of the car. I had a good experience overall.(:
