Con respecto a la agilidad en la atención, tienen varias áreas de oportunidad. El despacho en los puntos de venta a granel es lento e improductivo. La falta de personal y el deficiente manejo al momento de saturación por exceso de clientes atrasa más su atención y fluidez.
