★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El joven que atiende muy déspota, aún ni le explicaba en que fallaba mi reloj y ya me estaba diciendo que el reloj no servía por que no descargue la aplicación de garming etc hasta que le dije que si me escuchaba ya que me escucho le bajo a su tono y me pidió que le dejara mi reloj por 1 hora.
Cuando regrese me dijo que el equipo fallo del software y que necesitaba la caja para el número de serie y le dije que mañana se lo mandaba. Tengo mucho trabajo y se me hizo fácil mandar a mi mensajero y el chavo de delmaz le dijo que como era posible que yo no fuera que (cuando nunca me dijo que tenía que ir yo presencialmente) y me mandó decir que no regresara por que ya no me atenderá. Soy cliente de extensiones de esta tienda y efectivamente NUNCA regresare no es posible ese trato. Fui a garmin de patria antes de la autónoma y la chica super amable y me ayudo a solucionar mi problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente irracional. NO tienen extensibles para equipos "descontinuados". ¿Los equipos nuevos necesitan extensibles? Nos dejan sin soporte a menos de 2 años haber comprado un equipo.
Lo que siempre se me ha roto, es el sujeta punta de extensible. Y ya veo que en Amazon venden el kit con 10 repuestos por menos de 300 pesos. Compren ese Kit y ofrezcan el servicio. A $100 ganas $$ y tienes más clientes felices
Totally irrational. They do NOT have extensions for "discontinued" equipment. Do new equipment need extension cords? They leave us without support less than 2 years after buying a team.
What has always broken me is the extension cord holder. And I already see that Amazon sells the kit with 10 spare parts for less than 300 pesos. Buy that Kit and offer the service. At $100 you earn $$ and have more happy customers
