Great airport transportation service! They were timely and helpful every step of the way, Marco was the best! He had bottle water and fresh towels waiting for us. We highly recommend using this company!!!

We recently traveled to Cancun, and are so thrilled and pleased with the transfers we got from STP Caribe. The pre-arrival instructions were so clear and so organized - it was very helpful to have their guidance clearly on hand upon arrival. Fermín picked us up from the airport and was friendly and courteous. He provided great insight into some local tips and recommendations, and was a great driver. At the end of our trip, Alonso (Lopez) drove us from our hotel to the airport and he was great. He arrived at pick-up early, and was professional, friendly and ensured we were comfortable. The vehicles were clean and very comfortable, with cold towels, wifi and drinks available. STP will be our go-to transfer services whenever we return!

I was really happy with this service. Our driver Israel was patient and friendly with my large family and the car was spacious and clean. In the past I have hired a car or used the shuttle but this service was much more convenient. I will definitely book with them again.

I booked this as a surprise to my husband for his birthday.. round trip to and from the airport. We had a fantastic experience in the luxury SUV! Antonio texted with me through WhatsApp for weeks before we arrived in Mexico , answering any questions I had. Then Pedro Yam picked us up from the airportand he was fantastic, offered us cold towels (which was PERFECT because of the heat) gave us sanitizer, sprayed the bottom of our shoes, offered us hand lotion, and had the cold refreshments ready! As we drove to our resort he pointed out famous spots and loved chatting with us. On our departing trip back Israel Lopez picked us up, he was courteous and got us there swiftly, but did not offer us sanitizer or have beverages out for us (which comes with the ride), that would be my only “complaint” was that our service was not as good on the way back even though we paid the same amount. But overall he was very friendly and got us back to the airport safely. STP Caribe is very clean, professional, and EARLY to pick you up. If you’re wondering if it’s worth it- ABSOLUTELY!

This was the beat service I have ever had. Marco Dominguez sent me a text advising the he was waiting for me, patiently waited for me until I was able to exit the airport. It was very easy to locate him and with a silver tray provided me with hand sanitizer along with a wet towel. Just as I thought I was getting the red carpet treatment, I was even more amazed that Marco was prepared with refreshments. I highly recommend STP Caribe, and Marco Dominguez, their customer service is impeccable and most importantly the communication was. Dry easy with his know how with the English language.

Used 3 times all were phenomenal. Alanso and juan were great drivers. I was worried about this aspect of the trip after spending hours sifting through horrifying reviews of other company's. Look no further . Save yourself the time. If you don't mind paying a lil more for peace of mind this company was perfect. There is a cheaper shuttle taxi that's $35 each way that my parents used that was also good. But I went with this one. They texted me via text message and what's app with their location and updates as well emails. So on a whole Communication was phenomenal... No issues all 3trips

My partner and I recently booked the MKZ Limo service from Cancun airport to our destination in Tulum. This was our first time using this particular service, and every aspect was absolutely wonderful. Our flight from Toronto (and luggage) was slightly delayed, and our host Daniel called while we were waiting for the baggage carousel simply to check on us and ensure that we didn’t need any additional assistance - he was incredibly kind and did not make us feel rushed in any way. We met Daniel who immediately took care of our luggage for us and led us to our vehicle - a Lincoln MKZ stretch limo - and introduced us to our driver, Gomez. We were offered hand sanitizer and a cold and very refreshing cloth to help cool us on such a hot day. The car was perfect - tons of fun and perfect for vacation! Plus it came complete with a fully stocked cooler (on ice) with beer, soda and water. Gomez was a wonderful driver and provided exceptional service. I had given the slightly wrong address but he didn’t mind in the least - he was happy to find exactly where we were going to ensure we were dropped off directly at the front door. I would highly recommend STP Caribe - excellent service, excellent pricing, excellent drivers and excellent vehicles. (In fact, we’ve already booked them for another part of our journey on this trip!).

Marco Dominguez was the best driver ever!! He drove us from the Cancun airport to our hotel in Tulum. Made sure the van was super clean and gave us fresh warm towels to refresh ourselves after the long flight. But the best part was our “bathroom stop”. I hate to call it a gas station bar but that’s just what it was. An adorable open air bar that we got the best tacos and margaritas. Just what we needed on our 2 hour van ride. We love Marco and can’t wait for him to drive us back to the airport.
