★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio no contestan el telefono y no tiene un modulo de informacion y si preguntas te contestan de muy grueso modo , pienso que tal vez les falte capacitacion y si la tienen lo la aplican correctamente , les doy una estrella por el simple hecho de existir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una impotencia acudir a este lugar a hacer un trámite. El personal llega tarde y con mala actitud. Las secretarias son groseras y opinan como si fueran el jefe. Te dan largas y te hacen echar vueltas. El número de teléfono que proporcionan no funciona y ellos lo saben. Tuve que marcarles de mi celular para demostrarles que no esta funcionando y ya me dieron otro en el que si contestan. Con este tipo de gente no se progresa, no se para que existe esta delegación o que hacen, pero se ve que se les paga por nada. Les Doy una estrella porque si no no puedo publicar, pero no se merecen ni una sola.
It is impotence to go to this place to do a procedure. The staff arrives late and with a bad attitude. The secretaries are rude and give their opinion as if they were the boss. They give you long and make you spin. The phone number they provide doesn't work and they know it. I had to dial them from my cell phone to show them that it is not working and they already gave me another one in which they do answer. With this type of people there is no progress, I don't know why this delegation exists or what they do, but it is seen that they are paid for nothing. I give them one star because otherwise I can't post, but they don't deserve a single one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay nadie que dé información, se enojan si preguntas, son servidores públicos que no saben nada sobre servir de manera amable, si tienen trabajo es por todos nosotros y no podrían tener peor actitud. Si estan obligados a venir traigan 20 kilos de paciencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo por que no contestan el ......... teléfono , les debería de dar pena que haya comentarios tan malos en esta dependencia, que por lo visto no les da vergüenza !!! que pereza dan como dependencia gubernamental, si son unos simples y mortales trabajadores comunes y corrientes no se por que se dan su paquete !!!!
I do not understand why they do not answer the ......... phone, they should be sorry that there are such bad comments in this unit, that apparently they are not ashamed! What laziness they give as a government agency, if they are simple and deadly ordinary workers I don't know why they give their package !!!!
