★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy decepcionada de esta sucursal, hay muy mala comunicación, ningún empleado está capacitado, cada quien dice lo que quiere y no ponen atención, fui a solicitar que me hicieran un pedido de un pantalón y lo solicitó la cajera en turno el 17 de diciembre, me dijo que tenia un mes para sacarlo y salí de viaje, llamé antes de que fuera el mes para comentar que seguía fuera pero que venía la próxima semana o sea esta semana y la persona que me contestó la llamada no me dio su nombre, me dijo si aquí está el pantalón se lo guardo y hoy fui y otra persona me dijo que ya lo habían regresado y que solo son 10 días para recogerlo, fui con la cajera en turno y me dijo que ya no había, que estaba agotado y que por eso ya no me podía realizar el pedido, es un pésimo servicio, están de cabeza, jamás compraré ahí y por supuesto que mucho menos los recomendaré y nada barato eh casi $800, espero que me hagan rápido el reembolso para comprar en otra tienda donde mi dinero si vale y sobre todo que si les importa la satisfacción del cliente y que quede invitado a regresar
