★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy realizar una compra y me dijeron que no había provedores por lo del covid bueno el caso es que tenía tiempo para regresar el pantalón que compre pero solo fui a comer un helado y pase a los baños de la plaza a probarme el pantalón ahi pensé que había tirado el ticket del helado y fue el del pantalón el caso es que fui a pedir apoyo para solo el cambio de talla porque decía 32 y no me quedo, me dijeron que no se podía sin el ticket, le pedí que si me podría reimprimir el ticket y dijo que no y que lo sentía mucho pero no me podía hacer el cambio de talla sin el ticket, deben de tener alguna alternativa para casos específicos porque el pantalón no me costó cinco pesos como para que no me hubieran echo el cambio de talla cuando no le quite una sola etiqueta al pantalón.que mala atención al cliente.
