★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen taller y buenas instalaciones, quejas por tiempos en los asegurados siempre habrá , pero eso es por el surtido de refacciones que no siempre hay todo disponible. Cómo seguros les recomiendo INBURSA Y ANA tienen buen personal que da seguimiento y surten buenas refacciones, incentivan bien a sus proveedores. QUALITAS QUIERE TODO REGALADO. y por eso el dueño del auto recibe malas refacciones y malas reparaciones.
 Good workshop and good facilities, complaints for insured times will always be, but that is because of the assortment of spare parts that everything is not always available. How safe I recommend INBURSA AND ANA have good personnel that follow up and have good parts, they encourage their suppliers well. QUALITAS WANTS EVERYTHING GIFTED. and that is why the car owner receives bad parts and bad repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente sin palabras no hay NADA POSITIVO que pueda comentar de este lugar... Tuvimos un percance la aseguradora nos envía aquí y resulta que salimos a carretera y se nos iba calentando el carro .... Pudimos conseguir a un mecánico tuvimos que parar mucho antes de nuestro destino y el mecánico nos preguntó si le habían hecho algún trabajo reciente... Comentamos que si y nos informa que todo estaba PEGADO CON SILICON NEGRO.... NEGLIGENTES vamos con nuestros hijos ... Considero una super mala atención de parte de esta empresa ya que ponen en riesgo la vida de las personas que de primera confiamos en su trabajo....habrá buenas y malas opiniones la mayoría que leí son. Pésimas... No RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE LUGAR
Totally without words there is NOTHING POSITIVE that I can comment on this place ... We had a mishap, the insurance company sent us here and it turns out that we hit the road and the car was heating up ... We were able to get a mechanic we had to stop a lot Before our destination and the mechanic asked us if they had done any recent work ... We said yes and he informed us that everything was GLUED WITH BLACK SILICON .... NEGLIGENTS we go with our children ... I consider a super bad care of part of this company since they put the lives of the people who first trust in their work at risk .... there will be good and bad opinions, most of which I read are. Terrible ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los de la aseguradora siempre te dan como primera opción STRENA, en dos meses y medio nunca me pudieron reparar mi vehículo, daban fecha y nunca avisaban que había pasado, tenía que ir uno a preguntar para poder saber que había ocurrido. Al final me cambié de taller y pude arreglar mi vehículo.
Terrible service, the insurer always give you STRENA as the first option, in two and a half months they could never repair my vehicle, they gave a date and never gave notice that it had happened, one had to go and ask to know what had happened. In the end I changed shops and was able to fix my vehicle.

Good service at the counter but poor service experience, too long delivery of the vehicle, poor quality repair.
