Desafortunadamente he sufrido un muy mal trato por parte del personal debido a que tienen poco control con sus citas. Tienen poco tacto cuando tienen gente. Por mi parte no volveré. No tengo problema ya que no ofrecen algo especial que no tenga otro lugar en el mismo rango de precios.
 The cost is moderately high, so you expect good attention from the staff. Unfortunately I have suffered some very poor treatment from the staff due to their lack of control with their appointments. They have little tact when they have people. For my part I will not return. I have no problem since they do not offer something special that does not have another place in the same price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente estética. No solo el personal es profesional y muy amable, sino que la cortesía y los extras nunca faltan en los detalles más pequeños. Cortarse el cabello es una experiencia muy agradable, pero eso sí, no les recomiendo ir sin haber hecho cita previamente.
Excellent aesthetics. Not only are the staff professional and very friendly, but the courtesy and extras are never lacking in the smallest details. Cutting your hair is a very pleasant experience, but yes, I do not recommend going without having made an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my hair cut twice here, and loved both experiences. This visit, because of COVID-19, the hairstylist, his assistant and I wore masks the entire time. They also used hand sanitizer; the door was open, ensuring a fresh breeze.
My first haircut during quarantine. So grateful that Luca was able to take care of me.
Fun fact: Luca is an Italian from Genova! He has Italian hair products for sale in the studio.
