Terrible experiencia haber contratado a esta empresa para realizar la carpinteria residencial de un proyecto. No entrega en tiempo, no cuenta con supervisión, termina subcontratando personal de otro lado y todo queda mal hecho. Tuvimos que rehacer lo que hizo, el dueño no da la cara y no contesta llamadas.

llevo 20 años de arquitecto y esta ha sido la peor experiencia de mi carrera con un carpintero, mas de 6 meses de reatraso en la entrega, la calidad de su trabajo es pesima, tuvimos que cambiar todo lo que hizo. Humberto, el dueño no da la cara, no contesta llamadas y no da explicaciones, simplemente se deslinda de sus responsabilidades es una pena, cuando una empresa que parece ser buena hace las cosas mal y termina por desaparecer, tengan cuidado y no lo contraten A TOTAL SCAM, i’ve practiced architecture for 20 years, this is my worst experience with a carpenter, 6 months delayed, terrible quality, he uses the cheapest materials possible, then he won’t answer calls or emails, be careful with this guy, he will rip you off

One word,... banditos. They will be quick and efficient at taking your money, then everything will change once received. Late or delivery, poor quality, nothing like what you see in their showroom, no service, not even poor service... Nothing! One guarantee: You will be 100% disappointed. Avoid in every possibly way.

This company should be avoided. I ordered numerous custom pieces, including bedroom set, dining table, coffee table and 2 lounge chairs. The coffee table had a big crack in the wood. I was promised it would be replaced, but it was re-delivered with the same crack. The chairs were made with 28 inch seat depth, despite the written and agreed specifications of 21 inches. The chairs were picked up with a written promise to replace, and a confirmation it was their error. They re-delivered the same chairs a month later. They picked them up again, and then offered to make large cushions, but that was an unacceptable and ridiculous offer because the chairs are too long, unless you are 7 feet tall. The owner refuses to speak to me or respond, and has refused to accept any responsibility, despite the fact everything is clearly in writing, including the specifications and confirmation of their error, but that does not seem to matter. I have since learned of many many other people who have had similar issues. Just read Facebook groups and you’ll see many similar complaints, including some that are also related to seat depth. This company is not to be trusted. He has my money, he has my chairs, and he refuses to correct his issues. In any other situation, that would be called theft! See the pictures to see how crazy the chairs look.. it is obvious they are deformed.

Sadly, I was duped by the flashy showroom and sales pitch. Carpenteria is NOT what they profess to be. They charge an exuberant amount for their furniture and IF they deliver your furniture it is absolutely the worst quality you can imagine. The owner is the worst business person I have ever dealt with. He refused to speak to me directly and his staff changes so often no one knows what’s happening. Consider yourself warned and DO NOT give this company your business. Save yourself the the disappointment and disgust that I have experienced!

BEWARE!!!! If I could give -0 I would!! Do not let their slick showroom fool you. Humberto, the owner of this business has no scruples. He will take your money and NEVER deliver on the furniture. If you do receive anything it will be TERRIBLE quality, delivered in a rickety truck unwrapped. It will arrive scratched and all wrong.The wrong size, wrong materials, wrong color! ALL WRONG. They will take NO responsibility for their mistakes and the owner refuses to answer emails or take phone calls. I have lost a great deal of money to these crooks! BEWARE!!!!
