Igual me dijeron que tenia que ser personalizado por que era un diseño diferente y que iba ser mas que la “promoción”. Tal lo pague para que me quedara lo que quería. Me cobraron y salió malísimo. Regrese a que me lo arreglaran dispuesta a pagar más. Pero con un servicio pésimo me regañaron que eso fue lo que yo pedí y que es mi culpa. Me salí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te sugieren, te relizan lo que ellos quieren, si ya sacaste presupuesto por redes sociales olvidate de el es el doble, no lo respetan y no te queda de otra que hacer cualquier cosilla porque no te devuelven el deposito para la cita.
They do not suggest you, they give you what they want, if you already got a budget through social networks, forget about it, it is double, they do not respect it and you have no choice but to do anything because they do not return the deposit for the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena no haber revisado estos comentarios, no lo recomiendo en absoluto para apartar cita te cobran 499, después de las letras pequeñas y el súper presupuesto que te dan cuando asistes, pides al menos un corte para reponer ese dinero y te dicen que no aplica, se ganaron 499 por hacer nada, que bueno ojalá les duren mucho. Por cierto cuando llegue había otra señora que reclamaba el color aplicado a su hija por un servicio deficiente.
What a pity not having reviewed these comments, I do not recommend it at all to save an appointment they charge you 499, after the small print and the super budget that they give you when you attend, you ask for at least one cut to replace that money and they tell you that it does not apply , they earned 499 for doing nothing, well I hope they last a long time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El asesoramiento de la consultora de belleza no fue idóneo para el diseño que yo quería y sinceramente el resultado no fue el que yo esperaba y a si vez no se hicieron responsables de poder darme un servicio completo. Pagué una promo que incluía combinación de técnicas y no quisieron respetar realizar otra técnica para poder llegar al resultado ideal.
The advice of the beauty consultant was not ideal for the design that I wanted and honestly the result was not what I expected and at the same time they were not responsible for being able to give me a complete service. I paid for a promo that included a combination of techniques and they did not want to respect another technique in order to achieve the ideal result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les doy dos estrellas porque al menos unos días se vio bien lo que me hicieron pero literal me sentí estafada, cuando salí de ahí sentí que me habían asaltado porque de lo que te dicen por redes sociales te cobran el doble disque por no maltratar tu cabello pero la realidad es que sus precios son excesivamente caros y el trabajo no es el mejor justo para que regreses pronto pero yo ni de broma regreso. No se dejen estafar, su publicidad es engañosa. Por algo no tienen activa la opción de opiniones en facebook.
I give them two stars because at least a few days what they did to me looked good but I literally felt cheated, when I left there I felt that they had assaulted me because of what they tell you on social networks they charge you double dial for not mistreating your hair but the reality is that their prices are excessively expensive and the work is not the best just for you to come back soon but I'm not even kidding. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Agende una cita para un alaciado japonés y en su publicidad anuncian que alacia un 90%, el cual no me alacio ni un 10%. Les mandé mensaje para aplicar mi garantía y se deslindan de cualquier responsabilidad. Además te quieren cobrar extra por todo, a mi cobraron $600 de más por "tener mucho cabello" (Adjunto foto)

Very bad service. I made an appointment for a Japanese straightening and in their advertising they announce that it straightens 90%, which I did not straighten even 10%.
