Al final del día, no quedan muchas ganas de volver a encargar fotos ahí, tan sólo por el trato falto de atención al cliente en el seguimiento, la demora en las entregas y los elevados costos de los materiales que entregan. Yo creo que si uno accede a esos precios, no sólo esperaría un buen material de entrega, sino un buen trato y atención durante el seguimiento de los encargos. Pero la desatención al cliente es lo que fulmina el servicio de este estudio.
Good jobs, bad service, thus detracting from quality. At the end of the day, there is not much desire to reorder photos there, just because of the lack of customer service in the follow-up, the delay in deliveries and the high costs of the materials they deliver. I believe that if you agree to those prices, you would not only expect good delivery material, but also a good treatment and attention during the follow-up of orders. But inattention to the customer is what strikes the service of this study.
