★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ropa muy bonita! lastima de la atención e importancia que le dan al cliente los empleados y en especial la gerente, prefiere dejar ir a un cliente que regresar unos centavos por un cambio de decisión sobre una sola prenda después de haberles comprado varias. no se quien será su capacitador o bajo que principios entrenen a su personal los dueños de esta franquicia, pero es evidente que no tienen idea de lo que significa la pirámide de la reputación de negocios ni sobre la cadena mercantil de beneficios derivada de los clientes satisfechos y felices. Y eso!.. de responder!! Si! no me importa ! prefiero perder un cliente que regresarte lo de una prenda aunque me la acabes de comprar hace 5 minutos!! que les pasa?! están tan desesperados o simplemente le falta educación en ventas y atención al cliente a esa gerente!!...que barbaros!! y yo que soy fan de studio F en varios lugares que he viajado y nunca me trataron así pero esta sucursal no tiene ni idea de la pirámide del cliente insatisfecho y sus repercusiones. ya ni la boutique de Love o Sosho son tan bajos... si están viendo que el cliente se esta llevando varias cosas y conoce la marca no encaran ni ofenden al cliente por mil pesos!! a menos que de plano estén muy muertos de hambre en esa sucursal, que decepción de servicio y lo mas triste es que a mi me fascina la marca y es por el momento la única franquicia en Mazatlan... porque a esa sucursal con su pichicata filosofía contra el cliente y su desganado personal, mas su mal encarada gerente dejan mucho que desear y yo no les vuelvo a comprar aunque me duela. :(

They are so desperate or just lack education in sales and customer service to that manager !! ... that barbaros !! and I am a fan of studio F in several places that I have traveled and they never treated me like that, but this branch has no idea of the unsatisfied customer's pyramid and its repercussions. neither the Love or Sosho boutique are so low ... if they are seeing that the client is taking several things and knows the brand they do not face or offend the client for a thousand pesos !! Unless flat are very starved in that branch, what a disappointment in service and the saddest thing is that I love the brand and is at the moment the only franchise in Mazatlan ... because to that branch with its pichicata philosophy against the client and his personal desganado, but his badly faced manager leave much to be desired and I do not return to buy even if it hurts. :(
