★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia , groseras , prepotentes , impuntuales , te hacen sentir mal , si no tienes el cabello cómo quieren , no te hacen sugerencias , trato pésimo al cliente , ( cuidado con los cambios de color queman el cabello y después se andan quejando dicho por una empleada ) no vayan por lo menos a esta sucursal , no hay medidas sanitarias , lleno y no respetan citas , muy mal !
Terrible experience, rude, pushy, unpunctual, they make you feel bad, if you don't have the hair how they want, they don't make suggestions, lousy treatment of the customer, (be careful with color changes, they burn the hair and then they go around complaining said by a employee) do not go at least to this branch, there are no sanitary measures, full and they do not respect appointments, very bad!
