★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, sí, pero en cuanto al corte (he ido a Centro Sur y Angelópolis) me han dejado el cabello disparejo o mordido. No recomiendo el lugar, preferible pagar un poco más por un mejor corte.
The attention is good, yes, but as for the cut (I've been to Centro Sur and Angelópolis) they have left my hair uneven or bitten. I do not recommend the place, preferable to pay a little more for a better cut.

Tenía fe en ellas, pero de todo el personal, solo una chica sabe poner uñas de acrílico y gelish. Al retirar acrílico o te lastiman la uña o te dejan acrílico en lauña. El servicio de corte es pésimo.; no hacen cortes, solo te cobran por "acariciarte la cabeza" porque ni con delicadeza te tratan.
El servicio de Studio S va en decadencia
They go from bad to worse.
I had faith in them, but out of all the staff, only one girl knows how to do acrylic and gelish nails. When removing acrylic or they hurt your nail or they leave acrylic on the nail. The court service is lousy.; They don't make cuts, they only charge you for "stroking your head" because they don't even treat you delicately.
Studio S service is in decline

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que entré a las sucursal fueron muy atentos conmigo. Me dieron la bienvenida y amablemente confirmaron mi cita que tenía con ellos. El servicio estuvo bastante bien y no tardaron. Escucharon y entendieron cómo quería mi corte de cabello y me dieron muchas recomendaciones para mejorar su cuidado.
Since I entered the branch they were very attentive to me. They welcomed me and kindly confirmed my appointment with them. The service was pretty good and they didn't take long. They listened and understood how I wanted my haircut and gave me many recommendations to improve their care.

Pedí retoque de uñas esculturales (traía un diseño bien bonito de otro lugar) y el diseño y trabajo q en studio S sucursal Pachuca me hicieron, super feo, Me quedaron bien chuecas las líneas de los dibujos y bien gruesas! Debían repararme una que llevaba rota y se me rompió a los 3 días nuevamente (por ende no saben aplicar acril), según me aplicaron garantía y cuando me la volvieron a hacer ni coincida el color del corazón con el de la otra mano.. ya no reclamé xq las 2 veces ví, que no sabían trabajar, me iban a hacer perder más mi tiempo, y todavía me cobraron $450 como si hubiera quedado bonito.. They take good care of you but they don't know how to work, they must be beginners... I asked for sculptural nail retouching (I brought a very nice design from another place) and the design and work they did for me at studio S Pachuca branch, super ugly, they fit me well crooked the lines of the drawings and very thick! They had to repair one that was broken and it broke again after 3 days (therefore they don't know how to apply acrylic), according to what they applied to me as a guarantee and when they did it again, the color of the heart didn't even match that of the other hand... I did not claim because the 2 times I saw, that they did not know how to work, they were going to make me waste more of my time, and they still charged me $450 as if it had turned out nice.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place for the makeup. Seems like instead of professional they hire an intern. I am disappointed with the service, poor quality products. Place is very nice but that is it. My intention was not to write this comment as I sent my feedback to them In private message but as no reply I decided to post it. One star and its seems to me too much. Good luck!
