★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las maquinas están en excelentes condiciones, en lo personal tenia muchos años sin hacer ejercicio y el instructor pide 5 series de 20 repeticiones que a pesar de ser pesos pequeños pueden lesionar a un novato (casi me sucede), ahora realizo 3 series de 10 a 12 como en la vieja escuela y todo bien. La intensidad es para un cuerpo adaptado, hay que tener paciencia.
The machines are in excellent condition, personally had many years without exercise and the instructor asks for 5 sets of 20 repetitions that despite being small weights can injure a novice (almost happens to me), now I do 3 sets of 10 12 like in the old school and all good. The intensity is for an adapted body, you have to have patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gym muy bueno, muy completo, pero eso de nutriologo.... al menos nadie se presenta como tal, mucho menos podrian dar una sigerencia de alimentación si con trabajos le quieren a uno enaeñar los que se dicen entrenadores sólo para las chicas que les gustan a mi sólo me pusieron una rutina el primer día, el segundo a penas y el tercer día no se quien sea el mas delgado de ellos es el más déspota que no siquiera saluda mejor me da la espalda con mala cara. Lástima, Ojalá el propietario se diera cuanta e hiciera algo al respecto pues hay mucha competencia como para perder gente.
