★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los zapatos de mala calidad, te ponen excusas para no realizar cambios, el personal no te resuele nada. Adquirí unos tenis para niño y me negaron dos veces el cambio de numero alegando que no realizaban cambios hasta después de pasada la temporada decembrina, en otra sucursal tampoco me realizaron el cambio porque debe ser en la misma sucursal. En verdad PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN A CLIENTE. No comprendo en estas zapateros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay mucha variedad, hay como 6 empleados en un pequeño espacio, una no usaba cubre bocas, el lugar es muy pequeño, NO HACEN DEVOLUCIONES, NO TRABAJAN MEDIOS NÚMEROS, SOLO HAY TALLAS DEL 2 AL 4 EN LA MAYORÍA DE SUS MODELOS, pregunté por fácil 10 distintos zapatos y tuve que conformarme con otros que ni me gustaron tanto solo por no perder mi dinero. HORRIBLE. mejor vayan a otra zapatería

HORRIBLE. better go to another shoe store
