★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, ME HICIERON ESPERAR 2 MESES ENTEROS CON MI PRODUCTO EN GARANTIA PARA QUE CUANDO ME LO REGRASARON EL PRODUCTO TENIA LA MISMA FALLA QUE CUANDO LO ENVIE, AUNQUE SEGUN ELLOS YA LA HABIA RESUELTO, SOLO QUEDA ESPERAR A VER SI ESTA SEGUNDA VEZ ME VUELVEN A HACEN VALIDA LA GARANTIA.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR 2 FULL MONTHS WITH MY PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY SO THAT WHEN THEY RETURNED IT THE PRODUCT HAD THE SAME FAILURE AS WHEN I SENT IT, EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY SOLVED IT, I JUST WAIT AND SEE IF THIS SECOND THEY MAKE THE GUARANTEE VALID AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé cumple con las fechas pactadas dentro de su garantía, se marcan 15 dias hábiles para dar respuesta y llevo 18 días, en dónde envío mensajes vía WhatsApp y no los atienden. Creo que no es válido tras escudarse que tienen mucho trabajo eso habla muy mal de la empresa a caso se les descomponen muchos aparatos? Y entrando en un plan de tolerancia y pensando a la carga de trabajo mi pregunta es porque no contestan ni los mensajes? MAL SERVICIO NO CUMPLEN CON LO ESTABLECIDO!!!
I do not know meets the agreed dates within its guarantee, 15 business days are marked to respond and it took 18 days, where I send messages via WhatsApp and they are not answered. I think it is not valid after hiding behind that they have a lot of work that speaks very badly of the company in case many devices break down? And entering into a tolerance plan and thinking about the workload, my question is why they do not even answer the messages? BAD SERVICE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ESTABLISHED !!!

Compre uno de sus gabinetes que al final ni funcionó y veo que tienen clientes con semanas hábiles sin respuestas hacia sus supuestas garantías. Ahorrense de favor la respuesta genérica a este mensaje de que nos darán solución cuando es mas que claro que no tienen la capacidad de respaldar sus productos desechables. ¡Que mal! Como otros dicen ¡no compren esta marca!
Unfortunate to see that your customer service is this inefficient. I bought one of their cabinets that in the end did not work and I see that they have clients with business weeks with no answers towards their supposed guarantees. Please save yourself the generic response to this message that you will give us a solution when it is more than clear that you do not have the capacity to support your disposable products. That bad! As others say, do not buy this brand!
