★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera poner 0 de calificacion. He sido su cliente 9 años, su servicio ha sido regular, generalmente no hay quien entregue el pasto o te lo entregan todo desbaratado. Pero hoy fue el ultimo intento en este lugar. compré 20 mt de pasto. Para comenzar con la queja me entregaron solo 15 mt. El pasto estaba seco y casi muerto, si tuviera la opción de publicar una foto, lo haría. Fui a pedir me devuelvan el importe correspondiente a los 5 mt y se negaron. Lastima que las encargadas no tienen la autoridad de resolver estas situaciones porque tienen muy buena actitud. Sin embargo la dueña Liliana, debiera ser más empatica. Me tomó 5 hrs de vueltas, llamadas y tiempo perdido. Unicamente para darme cuenta del pesimo servicio. Como no me creyeron, ofrecí que lo verifiquen en mi domicilio, ya el pasto estaba instalado. La persona que iban a mandar para corroborar jamás se presentó y ellos creen que uno tiene que sentarse a esperarlos. Al fin de cuentas si no lo corroboran no te creen pero tampoco les interesa corroborarlo. Es el típico lugar que se pone en el papel de que el problema es del cliente. Claro que no les ha de interesar una clienta como yo que solo les compra de vez en cuando 20 o 30 mts de pasto en rollo durante 9 años. Si lo que quieren son clientes grandes, mejor que cierren la venta al publico minorista porque no tienen el interés para atendernos como debiera ser.

It took me 5 hours of laps, calls and lost time. Only to realize the terrible service. Since they didn't believe me, I offered to verify it at my home, since the grass was already installed. The person they were going to send to corroborate never showed up and they believe that one has to sit and wait for them. After all, if they don't confirm it, they don't believe you, but they're not interested in corroborating it either. It is the typical place that is put into the role that the problem belongs to the client. Of course, they should not be interested in a client like me who only occasionally buys them 20 or 30 meters of roll grass for 9 years. If what they want is big customers, they better close the sale to the retail public because they don't have the interest to serve us as it should be.
