★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio agendas cita y nunca llegan, te dicen que si y jamas llegan, no pierdan el tiempo con ellos, no tiene compromiso con sus clientes.
 Terrible service, you schedule an appointment and they never arrive, they tell you that if they never arrive, don't waste time with them, they have no commitment to their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lástima que según la persona que viene te cobran lo que quieren, tuvimos que decir que no al servicio, porque el mes pasado cobrándonos $500 (mismo perro mismo lugar) hoy la chica quería cobrar $650 sin ninguna explicación, que lastima. Vamos a levantar una denuncia en profeco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice cita y dejaron a mi peludo plantado, les comenté por whatsapp que no habían llegado y me comentaron que no había registro de mi cita porque les falló su programa y me volvieron a agendar al día siguiente y nuevamente lo dejaron plantado, juegan con el tiempo de la gente, pésimo servicio!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendé una cita por Whatsapp, les envié mensaje el día de mi cita para confirmar el servicio, nunca llegaron al domicilio ni me contestaron ??? Hasta el día de hoy me tienen esperando una respuesta. Pésima atención, por lo que veo suelen manejarse así, evítense la molestia de llamarlos por favor!
I made an appointment through Whatsapp, I sent them a message on the day of my appointment to confirm the service, they never came to the address nor did they answer me ??? To this day they have me waiting for an answer. Terrible attention, from what I see they are usually handled like this, avoid the trouble of calling them please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. No los recomiendo para nada. Agendé una cita, pasó media hora y no llegaban. Hablé y me dijeron que en máximo media hora llegaban. Pasó más de una hora y nunca llegaron! cuando hablé me dijeron que ya habían cerrado!!

Terrible experience. I don't recommend them at all. I made an appointment, half an hour passed and they did not arrive. I spoke and they told me that they would arrive in a maximum of half an hour. It was more than an hour and they never came! when I spoke they told me that they had already closed!!

(me contestaron 2 días después y eran días hábiles).
-Agende con 1 semana de anticipación y el día de la cita no llegaron y no me avisaron con tiempo.
(10 min después de la hora de la cita llamé para saber si se habían retrasado y no obtuve respuesta, marque 5 veces.
Después mandé WhatsApp y me respondieron aprox. hora y media para decirme que su aplicación de citas les había fallado y que no tenían registro de mi cita.)
-Slow attention by WhatsApp.
(They answered me 2 days later and it was business days).
-Agende 1 week in advance and the day of the appointment they did not arrive and they did not notify me in time.
(10 min after the appointment time I called to see if they were late and got no answer, I dialed 5 times.
Then I sent WhatsApp and they answered approx. hour and a half to tell me that their dating app had failed them and that they had no record of my date.)
