I bought by DIRECT CV and the proof of payment came out as smooth and easy, I got the product wrong, I returned it following the process that they indicated to me, I have been 3 months and they do not resolve the issue, they do not return the correct one and they do not reimburse me, HEAVY EXPERIENCE, BETTER AMAZON OR FREE MARKET HAVE NEVER FAILED ME. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las prendas que se solicitaron fueron incorrectas y pedimos cambio y llevo mas de 4 meses esperando el cambio y solo dicen que no hay tallas.
Lo cambie por otro producto dando mas dinero y tampoco han enviado el producto.
La verdad no recomiendo que compren, ya que es una pesima empresa y nomas no dan solución a nada.
Terrible service, the garments that were requested were incorrect and we asked for a change and I have been waiting for the change for more than 4 months and they only say that there are no sizes.
I changed it for another product giving more money and they have not sent the product either.
The truth is I do not recommend that you buy, since it is a lousy company and they just do not give a solution to anything.
