★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí una pizza de boneless y tardaron una hora en entregarla, la entregaron sin platos (otros 20 minutos esperando los platos) y unas micheladas que tardaron más que la pizza :c
Música buena pero a muy bajo volumen.
Al pedir la cuenta otra media hora que tardaron.
 Terrible service, I ordered a boneless pizza and it took an hour to deliver it, they delivered it without plates (another 20 minutes waiting for the plates) and some micheladas that took longer than the pizza :c

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un horrible servicio, tardaron más de 2 horas con los alimentos y los que pudimos probar estaban muy malos para lo que prometen en relación a calidad-precio.
Los meseros se molestaban por el hecho de preguntar por nuestro servicio.
Una pésima experiencia de este lugar en general.

Le doy 3 estrellas porque los meseros no se dan abasto, siempre hay mucha gente y una vez quise hacer mi pedido con anticipación para no tardar tanto esperando y la señorita me dió un rotundo: "no se puede". He ido a otras sucursales en Morelia y allá si me dejan pedir antes para no esperar tanto. Espero hagan modificaciones para evitar los tiempos de espera aproximados de 1 hora
The food is very tasty, especially the boneless BBQ chipotle pizza. I give it 3 stars because the waiters can't keep up, there are always a lot of people and once I wanted to place my order in advance so as not to take so long waiting and the lady gave me a resounding: "you can't". I've been to other branches in Morelia and there if they let me order earlier so I don't have to wait so long. I hope they make modifications to avoid waiting times of approximately 1 hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí una pizza de boneless búfalo y me sirvieron BBQ, le comenté a otra mesera y me dijo que llamaría al mesero que me atendió, cosa que nunca pasó pues el mesero no dió la cara, y la mesera regresó a decirme que él se había equivocado y había echo el pedido mal, pero no me dieron solución, me tuve que aguantar y pagar. Muy mal, en primer lugar no aceptaron el error y mucho menos intentaron resolverlo, no vuelvo a comprar ahí.
Terrible service, I ordered a boneless buffalo pizza and they served me BBQ, I told another waitress and she told me that she would call the waiter who served me, which never happened because the waiter did not show his face, and the waitress returned to tell me that he I had made a mistake and had made the wrong order, but they did not give me a solution, I had to put up with it and pay. Super recomendado ahí tienes que visitarlo si o si te va a encantar
Y como son diferentes puestos lo que venden tienen mucha variedad si se te antoja una paleta helada, un frape, café, pizza, alcohol y tienen una sala para reuniones o conferencias!!!!
