★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 10 años en contacto con IESA y sus trabajadores, me encuentro totalmente satisfecho con el trato que he recibido por parte de ellos, facilitan siempre la solución a cualquier problema que se presente y siempre lo hacen con una sonrisa y profesionalismo. Los recomiendo ampliamente, es una empresa en la que se puede confiar. Esto hablando de la empresa, si tocamos el tema de las marcas que representan, no tengo más que decir que son las mejores a nivel mundial!
I have been in contact with IESA and its workers for more than 10 years, I am totally satisfied with the treatment I have received from them, they always facilitate the solution to any problem that arises and they always do it with a smile and professionalism. I highly recommend them, it is a company that you can trust. This talking about the company, if we touch the issue of the brands they represent, I have only to say that they are the best worldwide!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me mandaron los electrodomésticos pero el motor no era el correcto, llevo más de un mes esperando a que sean instalados, los aparatos solo están descansando en mi cocina sin funcionar porque no me resuelven nada, pésimo servicio el de Wolf, son más atentos en Monogram, ahí me resolvian todo de inmediato, no vuelvo a cambiar de servicio, estoy decepcionada y sin poder usar mi cocina, a ver sino me muero de hambre primero.
Terrible service, they sent me the appliances but the motor was not correct, I have been waiting for more than a month for them to be installed, the appliances are just resting in my kitchen without working because they do not solve anything, terrible service from Wolf, they are more Attentive in Monogram, they solved everything for me immediately, I will not change the service again, I am disappointed and unable to use my kitchen, to see if I do not starve first.

me mandan con servicio tecnico y no tarda me lo vuelve a hacer.
yo creo que fue una mala opción esta marca, tengo de otras marcas y ningun problema.
el servicio tecnico en Cancun es lento e ineficiente. lastima de marca.
la estufa wolf no le han podido arreglar una parrilla que no enciende, lo unico que si saben es cobrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, cero interés por atender correctamente a quien visita el Showroom. Y ni hablar de tratar de conseguir alguna parte o refacción para los refrigeradores que ya tenemos... Es imposible. Muy mal servicio de post venta. Refrigeradores y cocinas premium con personal sin capacitación ni educación.
Terrible attention, zero interest in properly serving those who visit the Showroom. And not to mention trying to get some part or spare part for the refrigerators we already have ... It is impossible. Very bad after sales service. Premium kitchens and refrigerators with untrained and uneducated staff.
