Preferí hablar a la sucursal de Patriotismo y me brindaron toda la atención que requería.
 It has been three times that I speak to Subaru Metepec parts on a different day and they never answer, or they leave me hanging, the service leaves much to be desired.
I preferred to speak to the Patriotism branch and they gave me all the attention I required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran, gran servicio post venta, el personal fue súper amable, explicaron todas nuestras inquietudes sobre la marca y los dos modelos en los que estábamos interesados, la agencia es de muy buen tamaño, cuentan con todos los modelos que ofrece la marca y siempre se cumplió con una sana distancia, todos usando cubrebocas y gel antibacterial en la entrada.
Nos fuimos muy felices y decididos por uno de los modelos que fuimos a ver.
Se nota que ahora si, Subaru va con todo ? tomaron una excelente decisión al cortar relaciones con las empresas que importaban esta marca hace varios años.

Y el equipo de Ventas está súper Atento a las necesidades del cliente. Bien hecho muchachos! Y en esta emergencia sanitaria siguen las precauciones No compre un Auto pero sin embargo es un gusto comprar Refacciones con ellos!.
For my taste the space between cars is a little crowded. The Subaru's are beautiful many innovative functions, they have a good service staff is trained how it looks.
And the Sales team is super Attentive to customer needs. Well done guys! And in this health emergency follow the precautions. Do not buy a car but nevertheless it is a pleasure to buy spare parts with them!
