★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a la agencia por una actualización por que ellos le llamaron y me quisieron embaucar con un servicio innecesario, me retuvieron el carro 1 día y medio... me hablaron y les autorize el servicio. Al día siguiente me marcó el gerente de nombre Arturo, un señor grosero y altanero!!!!! Me quería a fuerzas cobrar 15 mil pesos, me quiso envolver pero no pudo!
Me encanta mi XV pero lastima el servicio pésimo que tienen y sobre todo el pusilánime de gerente que tienen. En mi vida le vuelvo a dar un servicio en la agencia
I went to the agency for an update because they called and tried to trick me with an unnecessary service, they detained my car for 1 and a half days ... they spoke to me and I authorized the service. The next day the manager named Arturo called me, a rude and haughty man !!!!! He wanted to force me to charge 15 thousand pesos, he wanted to wrap me up but couldn't!
I love my XV but it hurts the terrible service they have and especially the cowardly manager they have. In my life I return to give a service in the agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención al cliente, ese Mauro es bien a todo dar, todos son bien amables y te hacen sentir como en casa, yo llevo más de 2 años con mi XV y estoy encantado con ella, SUBARU una marca reconocida mundialmente, es una lástima que aquí en México no la conozcan bien y les preocupe más el diseño y colores que la seguridad y el confort al conducir un vehículo y que aparte te lleve a terrenos donde la mayoría no te lleven, en fin encantado con la marca y si Dios lo permite para el próximo año estrenamos una Forester!
Excellent service and customer service, that Mauro is good at giving everything, they are all very friendly and make you feel at home, I have been with my XV for more than 2 years and I am delighted with it, SUBARU is a globally recognized brand, it is a It is a pity that here in Mexico they do not know it well and are more concerned about the design and colors than the safety and comfort when driving a vehicle and that apart it takes you to lands where most do not take you, in short enchanted with the brand and yes God allows it for next year we release a Forester!
