Llegué a Chevrolet atención a siniestros , trato inicial malo, pero... El responsable amable tiempos eternos ... Y les falta organización y mejor trato , finalmente es servicio y deberían ser más comprometidos.

Publican en Mercado libre y no respetan los apartados, el argumento de la gerente de ventas es que no les llegan las notificaciones siendo el mismo vendedor quien me confirmo QUE SI HABIA LA HABIA RECIBIDO y aun depués de confirmarlo con el y habiendo acordado YO VIAJAR A QUERETARO Y DESPUES DE COMPRAR PASAJE, 3 horas después me dice que el vehículo se vendió dos días antes y mas tarde hable con la gerente de ventas y me dice que anoche otra persona le mando el pago a su celular. Comprar en esta agencia es lo mismo que en un mal lote de autos, no hay seriedad y no se puede confiar.

Buying a car anytime is really a hassle. Buying a car during the pandemic doubles that hassle. Buying a car as an ex-pat in Mexico with very limited language skills is looking for trouble! I shopped many dealers recently to find a car. My experience was fraught with difficulty. I found most of the dealers unfriendly and almost impossible to deal with. I feel lucky that I finally stumbled upon Querétaro Subaru. They happened to have a highly rated XV in stock and I even had a choice of colors. But the customer service here was really the best I found anywhere. Initially, I called and Berenice, the sales person, tried to help me but there was such a language barrier that we couldn't communicate very well over the phone. She forwarded me to Felipe in the service department. I believe he is the service coordinator. His English is pretty good and he bent over backwards to be accurate and give me a good information. I talked to him before visiting the dealership. Then I made an appointment to visit the dealership for the first time, Felipe spotted me as I drove in and greeted me personally. I insisted on him being part of the process when I bought my car. I've had my Subaru for several months now and love it. I've been back a couple of times for service. Felipe is always there to handle things and takes really good care of his customers. He is a real asset to this dealership. I will also say that everyone in this dealership has a very pleasant attitude and it feels like a very personal experience. They obviously really care about the product they sell and everybody seems to perform at their highest level. Give them a call! Ask for Felipe if your Spanish is at the level of a five year old, like mine!

This review is for the service department. I am very impressed by the service rendered by the service department! Shout out to Felipe Leon. I walked in a few days ago (Friday) and asked if I could get my Outback serviced. The nearest service date was in a few weeks ! I guess they are a bit short staffed. I then proceeded to give my phone number and email in case an earlier slot opens up! Low and behold, Felipe sent me an email that a slot opened up for the next day and if I would like to take it! I did!! I found the service to be more detailed - He went through the oil levels and air filter with me. They also cleaned the exterior and the interior and the engine too! I know mine was in a state of super dust!! Yes, they are a bit on the expensive side, but I am impressed by their service! Thank you Felipe Leon!!
