★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono, la mujer de la ventanilla 19 es una déspota y arrogante al igual que su jefa te quejas y ni te hace caso, es más amable el de los turnos, pero en especial la chica de la ventanilla 19. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día después de 5 meses quedó un trámite, esto es una observación para el sistema, si pusieran la información completa en internet sería menos vueltas para nosotros y atenderían trabajadores de imss menos gente. En todos los trámites con IMSS es una vuelta para pedir información y otra para llevar papeles, pudiendo llevar todo desde principio. Y también colocar días y horarios de trámite en internet. Si simplifican las cosas para derechohabientes, también el IMSS disminuye su trabajo, de por si somos muchos y eso multlipiquenlo por todas las veces que regresamos. Por favor tomenlo en cuenta.
Y para derechohabiente revisar que los nombres coincidan en todos los papeles tal cual, INE, actas de registro civil, domicilios, todo tal cual, eso simplifica los trámites.
Good day after 5 months there was a procedure, this is an observation for the system, if they put the complete information on the internet it would be fewer returns for us and fewer people would attend imss workers. In all the procedures with IMSS there is a round to ask for information and another to carry papers, being able to carry everything from the beginning. And also place days and times of processing on the internet. If you simplify things for beneficiaries, the IMSS also reduces its work, in itself we are many and that multiplies it for all the times we return. Please take it into account.
And for the beneficiary, check that the names match on all the papers as is, INE, civil registry certificates, addresses, everything as is, that simplifies the procedures.

Perdieron mis documentos durante meses
Uno de lo trabajadores me dijo que iba a agilizar mi trámite y que después nos viéramos para “tomar unos refrescos”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde temprano hay muchísima gente, te tardan mucho atendiendo en trámites muy sencillos. Hay poco personal amable. Recomendable ir con tiempo, si no llevan todas sus copias correspondientes afuera hay puestos de copias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fila enorme, pésimo e incompetente personal. Para trámites muy simples te dejan hasta el final sin razón aparente. Meten gente por delante tuyo sin importarles quienes están formados. Espera a perder mínimo una hora y media de tu tiempo en este lugar. Los de seguridad súper groseros y la gente que tiene su puesto ambulante a la entrada vendiendo copias, solo provoca aglomeraciones.
Huge row, lousy and incompetent staff. For very simple procedures they leave you until the end for no apparent reason. They put people ahead of you regardless of who is trained. Expect to lose at least an hour and a half of your time in this place. The super rude security and the people who have their street stall at the entrance selling copies, it only causes crowds.
