★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No existen las citas por teléfono, nadie contesta y dan otros teléfonos que tampoco contestan o dicen que ahí no es. Hay que ir a hacer presencia, y dan mal servicio. Nos dijeron que todos tienen que ir personalmente porque son más de 30mil afiliados y no pueden atender 'tantas' llamadas.
There are no appointments by phone, nobody answers and they give other phones that do not answer or say that it is not there. You have to go to make a presence, and they give bad service. They told us that they all have to go in person because there are more than 30,000 members and they cannot take 'so many' calls.
