★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio terrible, tarda demasiado. Si van a venir prepárense para estar 3 horas o mas esperando. Las personas en ventanilla no son amables, el único servicio de calidad que recibí fue de la recepcionista y el jefe. Muy mala experiencia, da mucho que pensar de nuestros servicios.
Terrible service, takes too long. If you are coming, prepare to be waiting 3 hours or more. The people at the window are not friendly, the only quality service I received was from the receptionist and the boss. Very bad experience, it gives a lot to think about our services.

In its information brochures it does not say anything about documents that can be requested additional and that causes more delay, financial expense and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi siempre es rápida la atención, no he tardado más de dos horas, ni cerca de hacer dos horas, ahora comprendo que podría tardar más por la pandemia, sería ilógico yo sí pensará que debería ser el mismo tiempo.
Attention is almost always quick, it has not taken more than two hours, not even close to two hours, now I understand that it could take longer because of the pandemic, it would be illogical if I would think it should be the same time.

Cuentan con protocolos para la prevención del COVID 19 por lo que solo tiene acceso la persona que va a realizar el trámite.
