They never answer the phone or it sounds busy !! Very bad service in all units and in Monterrey in general, people live in another world, they don't solve, they are slow, they seem to do a favor when they work ...

Since they take time to attend you, I have from 10 in the morning and it is 3 in the afternoon if I can solve anything?? and I am still here, they really do.

I have been trying to certify my social security number for 6 months to join an afore and nobody solves anything for me, they don't care they bring me back and forth. I think they should hire people who are more prepared or willing to give a good service. : ( I hope no one is going through my situation, it is something frustrating and at the same time desperate.
