Hoy ni siquiera sirve el teléfono y no puedo volver a reportarlo. El número del reporte es 13,924 y es Urgente!!
Terrible service! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cero estrellas. No es posible que tenga uno que ir a tomar nota del número de identificación de cada poste. Y si no lo proporcionas, no toman el reporte. Tiene mas de tres semanas que la calle esta a oscuras y no es suficiente con decirles la calle y entre que tramo esta la falla.
Terrible service, zero stars. You may not have to go make a note of the identification number of each post. And if you don't provide it, they don't take the report. It has been more than three weeks that the street is dark and it is not enough to tell them the street and between which section is the fault.
