El problema fue con un pedido que nos iban a a traer desde Guanajuato que nos estuvieron dando largas con la entrega. Para que el final el jefe directo que se llama Miguel se comportara de una manera tan poco profesional que llegar al punto de no contestar y desviar nuestras llamadas. Cuando por fin contestó, fue por whatasapp y solo se desatendió diciendo que fue culpa de la paquetería y ya! que el no podía hacer nada y que buscáramos otro proveedor y eso me lo dijo justo el día en que teníamos que entregar el pedido a nuestro cliente. La verdad más que no me hayan entregado mi pedido. Lo que más me molestó fue el poco interés por resolver un problema a tus propios clientes. Y hago enfásis en mencionar que el culpable fue el tal Miguel porque sus empleados estuvieron dando la cara por el todo el tiempo y nos trataban de ayudar lo más que podían. Pero me quedó como buena experiencia para no volver. Y yo desgraciadamente perdí una muy buena venta y un cliente. We were frequent customers. When he finally answered, it was because of whatasapp and he just ignored saying that it was the parcel's fault and now! that he could not do anything and that we look for another supplier and that he told me just the day we had to deliver the order to our client. The truth is that they have not delivered my order. What bothered me most was the lack of interest in solving a problem for your own customers. And I emphasize mention that the culprit was so Miguel because their employees were sticking up for the whole time and we tried to help as much as they could. But it was a good experience for me not to return. And I unfortunately lost a very good sale and a customer.
