Cuando les comenté me dijeron que mi archivo venía "raro" y que por eso salieron así y yo llevaba el archivo bien pero ellos no se si por la prisa no se dieron cuenta que estaban mal las tazas. Yo solicité que me cambiaran esas tazas a lo cual ya no volvieron a contestar mis mensajes por WhatsApp. Cabe recalcar que previo a la impresión yo les solicité los formatos de impresión para evitar que lo pasaran a Corel y no tener este problema que paso, pero al final no me repusieron nada ya que me ignoraron, ni un disculpa ni nada . I recently had some cups made and they gave me 2 badly made ones, when I had given them my format ready to print. When I told them about it, they told me that my file was "strange" and that's why they came out that way and I was handling the file well, but I don't know if they didn't realize in their haste that the cups were wrong. I requested that they change those cups to which they no longer answered my messages on WhatsApp. It should be noted that prior to printing I requested the printing formats to prevent them from passing it on to Corel and not have this problem that happened, but in the end they did not reply to me since they ignored me, not an apology or anything.
