★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy bonito, lamentablemente hay unos vecinos que tienen muchos perros y los dejan afuera. En una ocasión me corretesron 5 perros.
 It is a very nice subdivision, unfortunately there are some neighbors who have many dogs and leave them outside. On one occasion I was hauled 5 dogs.

Necesita papeleras en todo el recinto y contenedores de orgánicos y recogida selectiva; el alumbrado público es mejorable en cuanto a nivel de iluminación y existen problemas de gravámenes impositivos con CFE por incumplimientos en materia de urbanización.
Fractionation with private security and landscaped gardens; good cleaning and playground for children. Need waste bins throughout the site and organic containers and selective collection; public lighting is improved in terms of lighting level and there are problems of tax charges with CFE for non-compliance in terms of urbanization.

Super nice, if that was the case, I would buy a piece of land to build a house there without thinking about it, it has a beautiful green area that the colonists' dogs are in charge of paying
