Estuve casi a punto de perder el transporte y quedarme otro día, pero ellos hicieron todo lo posible para que pudiera abordar, lo cual es muy humanitario. No se trata de una cadena grande, sino de un grupo transportista donde se prioririzan las necesidades de las personas. Muy sencillos y amables, pasajeros, taquilleros, transportistas.
Very nice people who serve in the place. I was almost on the verge of losing transportation and staying another day, but they did everything they could to get me to board, which is very humane. It is not a large chain, but a transport group where people's needs are prioritized. Very simple and friendly, passengers, ticket office, transporters.
