Very bad experience at the entrance they offer you a 20% discount buying over 800 pesos and at the checkout they do not make it valid ... the deception is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían actualizar el horario de la tienda, aquí se especifica que abren a las 10 y nos tuvieron esperando hasta las 11, cuando le dijimos a una señorita sobre la confusión de horarios y que deberían cambiarlos solo nos dio el avión.
They should update the store hours, here it is specified that they open at 10 o'clock and they kept us waiting until 11 o'clock, when we told a young lady about the confusion of schedules and that they should change them, she only gave us the plane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio quisimos sacar la tarjeta nos la negaron después comentaron que si nos la darían y al último no quisieron Coppel nos la dio más rápido aparte de que el personal de ahí no es amable me quedo con Coppel la verdad ahí si tratan muy bien al cliente
Bad service we wanted to get the card they denied it to us later they commented that if they would give it to us and at the last they did not want Coppel gave it to us faster apart from the fact that the staff there is not friendly I stay with Coppel the truth is there they treat the customer very well

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, evidentemente porque la acaban de inaugurar, sin embargo, es una sucursal bastante pequeña, me dió la impresión de que no tiene el mismo surtido que otras tiendas similares. El área de ropa para niños me gustó bastante, no pude evitar comprar una playerita de Ariel (la sirenita) por el módico precio de 99 MXN.
The store still needs a lot to improve. The facilities are very nice, obviously because it has just been inaugurated, however, it is a fairly small branch, it gave me the impression that it does not have the same assortment as other similar stores. I liked the children's clothing area a lot, I couldn't help buying a little Ariel (the little mermaid) beach for the modest price of 99 MXN.
