En este caso fui al de Morelos Zacatecas y puedo decir que cumple con 8/10 las expectativas de lo que considero un Subway. Saludos! The quality of the food varies by branch. Por cuestiones de trabajo paso por este punto y es una opción al no haber más restaurantes cerca mas nunca respetan una promoción ni aún estando exhibidas en su establecimiento el trato de los empleados es como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor al venderte sus productos que de por si no son la mejor opción nunca. Lastima que al franquiciar y no supervisar los manejos de un restaurante no digamos bueno pero si con presencia internacional sean como el de cualquier negocio manejado a capricho por su propietario sin educación ni sentido de lo que es el servicio al cliente. Si pasarás por este crucero y vienes con hambre busca opciones antes o después por que aquí lo único que te llevarás es una experiencia muy mediocre. ??‍♂️ #subway #subwaysucks The worst Subway I have ever known and I have consumed it in 3 different countries. For work reasons, I go through this point and it is an option since there are no more restaurants nearby but they never respect a promotion or even being exhibited in their establishment, the treatment of employees is as if they were doing you a favor by selling their products that of by if they are not the best option ever. It is a pity that by franchising and not supervising the management of a restaurant, let's not say good, but if with an international presence they are like that of any business managed on a whim by its owner without education or sense of what customer service is. If you go through this cruise and you come hungry, look for options before or after because here the only thing you will get is a very mediocre experience. ??‍♂️ #subway #subwaysucks

Llegamos al lugar a la 8:45 pm en cuanto abrimos la puerta para ingresar los empleados los cuales estaban sentados cenando nos diero.n la indicacion de que ya no tenian pan y ya no tenian servicio, simplemente no se molestaron en ofrecernos absolutamente nada yo creo que no les agrado que les molestaramos en su hora de cenar la cual estan haciendo uso dentro de su horario de trabajo Terrible service ... We arrived at the place at 8:45 pm as soon as we opened the door to enter the employees who were sitting having dinner gave us the indication that they no longer had bread and they no longer had service, they simply did not bother in offering us absolutely nothing I think they do not like that we disturb them in their dinner time which they are making use of within their working hours

M	Manuel Avila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atencion, mala actitud por parte de los empleados, la comida fria y sin sabor, bueno hasta porque pedimos catsup nos trataron mal, ya que la pidio uno de mis acompañantes extranjero y todo porque si español no es muy bueno. Nunca vuelvo a llegar ahi, asi tenga que manajar 500 km para encontrar un buen lugar para comer. Bad attention, bad attitude on the part of the employees, cold and tasteless food, well because we asked for ketchup they treated us badly, since one of my foreign companions asked for it and all because if Spanish is not very good. I never get there again, even if I have to drive 500 km to find a good place to eat.
