★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica que atendió, súper grosera, no traía ni cacucha, ni guantes y así sirvió las cosas, además que al final pague con un billete de 200, se cobraría 100, y de manera súper grosera me dijo "no tengo cambio, no puedo hacer nada" y prefirió no venderme y tirarlo que ir a buscar cambio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor subway que he visitado !!! El empleado estaba totalmente distraído, le pedí el pan caliente y lo tostó de más (o ya tenía días guardado y estaba "corrioso") que se despedazaba todo en cada mordida. El guacamole y la lechuga tenían un aspecto negruzco y además revolvió todos los ingredientes. Se lo pedí para comer ahí y me lo envolvió para llevar ... En fin un sándwich de muy mala calidad.
The worst subway I have visited !!! The employee was totally distracted, I asked for the hot bread and it was over-roasted (or had already been stored for days and was "corrioso") that broke everything in each bite. The guacamole and lettuce had a blackish appearance and also stirred all the ingredients. I asked him to eat there and he wrapped it up to take away ... Anyway, a very poor quality sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es uno de los peores subways que he visitado. Me metieron a la tostadora las proteínas para mi ensalada Iitaliana BMT, dejándolas con un aspecto desagradable para una ENSALADA. Tengo entendido que no se deben de poner así todos ensimados cuando de una ensalada Subway se trata. El empleado no sabía como era la ensalada BMT y tuvo que preguntar. Luego la cajera le dijo "NO MAMES" al empleado que porque estaba haciendo otro pedido para uber eats mal. Además tienen muchísima fila porque son lentos para atender. QUE MALA ONDA.
It really is one of the worst subways I have ever visited. I toasted the proteins for my Italian BMT salad, leaving it looking unpleasant for a SALAD. I understand that you should not get all overheated when it comes to a Subway salad. The employee did not know what the BMT salad was like and had to ask. Then the cashier said "NO BREASTFEED" to the clerk because she was placing another order for bad uber eats. They also have a lot of lines because they are slow to attend. WHAT A BAD WAVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠️❗Tengan cuidado cuando vayan a comprar a Subway de Plaza Sendero! el día de hoy por la tarde acudí con mi novia a la sucursal a comprar dos Subway, uno de chicken & bacon y el segundo pollo teriyaki y al momento de empezar a comer nos percatamos que en la verdura tenía pequeñas cucarachas!!! ??? no supimos identificar en qué verdura estaban exactamente pero logramos ver más de 3, volvimos al establecimiento a mostrarles y ellos solo nos ofrecieron volver a prepararlos de manera "gratuita" y que "no mencionaramos nada a nadie"?, tratamos de mandar un comunicado a la página oficial de Subway pero al parecer NO funciona adecuadamente!??♀️
⚠️❗Be careful when you go shopping at Plaza Sendero's Subway! This afternoon I went with my girlfriend to the branch to buy two Subway, one of chicken & bacon and the second teriyaki chicken and when we started eating we noticed that the vegetables had small cockroaches !!! ??? we did not know how to identify which vegetables they were in exactly but we managed to see more than 3, we returned to the establishment to show them and they only offered us to prepare them again for "free" and that "we would not mention anything to anyone" ?, we tried to send a statement to the official Subway website but apparently it does NOT work properly! ??♀️
