Pésimo servicio y atención, sirven el pollo en mal estado, creo que deberían trabajar en la actitud del personal y en la preparación de los alimentos..

Doy una estrella simplemente porque queda cerca de mi domicilio, y eso que, si se pudiera, pondría media estrella. Pésimo servicio al cliente, entré al negocio y las 2 jóvenes atendiendo estaban sentadas en una de las mesas en sus celulares, tuve que pararme en el mostrador y saludarles para que me hicieran caso. Hice notar a la señorita que era mi primera vez en un Subway (por lo que no conocía sus tipos de panes, aderezos, etc) y en lugar de explicarme con paciencia lo que me puede ofrecer, me veía con mala cara y me preguntaba las cosas como si fueran obvias (cosa que no, porque no había ni siquiera algún letrero o menú de como poder armar tu sándwich) Me trata como retrasada en todo el rato de pedir los ingredientes. Al final pedí 2 refrescos, y me entrega solo el sándwich y ninguna bebida, no me explica dónde agarrarlas o que, al final salgo del establecimiento confundida y decido ingresar de nuevo a preguntar por las bebidas, la señorita me señala dónde agarrarlas y me dice "Qué la próxima no se te olvide" con todo enojado y su cara de disgusto Que no se preocupe, porque no volveré a ese lugar jamás.
I give one star simply because it is close to my home, and that, if I could, I would put half a star. Terrible customer service, I entered the business and the 2 young women attending were sitting at one of the tables on their cell phones, I had to stand at the counter and greet them so that they would pay attention to me. I pointed out to the lady that it was my first time in a Subway (so she didn't know her types of breads, dressings, etc.) and instead of patiently explaining what she can offer me, she looked at me with a bad face and asked me the things as if they were obvious (which was not, because there was not even a sign or menu on how to assemble your sandwich) He treats me like I'm late all the time asking for the ingredients. In the end I asked for 2 soft drinks, and she gives me only the sandwich and no drinks, she does not explain where to get them or that, in the end I leave the establishment confused and decide to go back in to ask about the drinks, the lady points out where to get them and tells me "Don't forget the next one" with everything angry and his face of disgust Don't worry, because I will never go back to that place.

I am not a sickly person; however after eating a salad and meatballs there yesterday I am sick and I see no other reason for being sick as a result of eating at Subway. I have eat at many Subways in the states. This was the first time in Merida, Mexico. As a result, I have mark Subway off my list.

Absolute WORST Subway experience I've had in my life. I've been to Subway in SEVEN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, and this was the worst experiences I've ever had. I walk in and wait my turn to be served quietly. When its my turn I greet the young lady behind the counter "Hola, buenas noches, Como estas?" No reply. She just stares at me. Ok. I brush that off, and I order my sandwich in Spanish, or the closest to Spanish I can manage. She asks me which bread I want. I say "integral". She then tells me they have no integral (whole wheat) so I ask for the avena a miel. She begins to make the sandwich. Scoops the chicken, asks which cheese. Ask if I want it toasted, it's going well now. She pulls out the sandwich and we go down the line of veggies and toppings. I ask for two bags of chips and some cookies. She rings me up to $249 MEX. I give her my card to pay, something isn't working with their machine. Her coworker comes up and says something to the lady making my sandwich then she runs outside. Her coworker tells me to wait a minute. She takes so long to come back I just pay in cash. (Cash I had other plans for... a haircut) I sit down to finally eat my meal, and the young lady who made my sandwich comes over straight to me. While holding a broom asking me to switch tables. I guess so she could sweep and mop. Not sure why she couldn't start somewhere else I tell her I'd rather stay where I am. My stuff was already out all over the table I wasn't going to pack up. I take two bites of the sandwich and I notice an awful smell and taste. I didn't know what it was so I started inspecting the sandwich... turns out the chicken was bad. I wrap the sandwich up and bring the other still-wrapped 6 inch sandwich, take it to the register and tell her coworker that the chicken was bad and I wanted to try another sandwich. She tells the original girl who made my sandwich to come make it obviously because she came back behind the counter in a huff, put on some more gloves stood and looked at me from the other side of the counter. I brush it off and order another sandwich. She sloppily puts the sandwich together. Slamming the tray for the oven on the counter one time, and just... showing all kinds of attitude. When we get done and she wraps the sandwiches up, she sets them on the counter and walks off to the back without saying anything. I left $150 MEX on the counter and went to sit back down and eat my sandwich. (The sandwich cost $118 MEX) I wasn't trying to get a free sandwich, just didn't want to end up getting food poisoning... which I still might. Terrible experience, that girl needs a new job. - Absoluta PEOR experiencia en el metro que he tenido en mi vida. He estado en Subway en SIETE PAÍSES DIFERENTES y esta fue la peor experiencia que he tenido. Entro y espero mi turno en silencio para que me sirvan. Cuando es mi turno saludo a la señorita detrás del mostrador "Hola, buenas noches, ¿Como estas?" Sin respuesta. Ella solo me mira fijamente. Está bien. Me olvido de eso y pido mi sándwich en español, o lo más parecido al español que puedo manejar. Ella me pregunta qué pan quiero. Digo "integral". Luego me dice que no tienen integral (integral), así que le pido la avena a miel. Ella comienza a hacer el sándwich. Saca el pollo, pregunta qué queso. Pregunte si lo quiero tostado, ahora va bien. Saca el sándwich y recorremos la línea de verduras y aderezos. Pido dos bolsas de patatas fritas y unas galletas. Me llama hasta $ 249 MEX. Le doy mi tarjeta para pagar, algo no funciona con su máquina. Su compañero de trabajo se acerca y le dice algo a la señora que hace mi sándwich y luego sale corriendo. Su compañero de trabajo me dice que espere un minuto. Tarda tanto en volver que solo pago en efectivo. (Cash tenía otros planes para ... un corte de pelo) Me siento para finalmente comer mi comida, y la joven que hizo mi sándwich se acerca directamente a mí. Mientras sostenía una escoba pidiéndome que cambiara de mesa. Supongo que para poder barrer y fregar. No estoy seguro de por qué no podía empezar en otro lugar, le digo que prefier
