Excelente servicio,lastima de la gente que no comprende ciertas palabras y a la hora de pagar se quejan....otro dato que la gente no respeta que los empleados también quieren descansar y la gente no respeta los horarios lastima que nadie tenga ese respeto hacia los empleados de una cadena alimentaria como está...?

El sabor es bueno, pero hoy fui y pedí 2 de 15cm y me dieron uno de 30 lo cual no me agrado porque uno lo iba a regalar, no me dieron bolsa, ni servilletas, e iba mal envuelto y así me fui por la calle con un subway en la mano, enorme y mal envuelto.

Ayer fuimos, mi novio le pregunto al empleado que queso incluía el del jueves milanesa y 3 quesos y el empleado muy pero muy grosero le contesto pues del queso 1,2,3 y le dijo lea son 3 quesos en vez de responder. Mi novio ya no quiso nada y yo solo me lleve el mío pero la verdad ni ganas por qué ya lo habían hecho. uno entiende la parte de los empleados , pero no se vale que sean groseros con el cliente, me da pena por el empleado por qué hasta la encargada termino haciendolo, creo que mínimo ya lo tenías echo lo unieran regalado, por quedar bien, pero bueno no volveré tenía años sin comer un Subway y que mala experiencia en centro sur menos 0, aparte cuando pague la cajera se me quedo viendo raro, digo que mal si la culpa fue del empleado por no poder responder de que tipo de queso es y por contestarnos de forma tan grosera. Me arrepentí hasta de llevarme el mío. Empleadores y encargados, el hecho de estar en mostrador tengan un poco más de cuidado y entrenamiento sobre el como tratar al cliente, yo también me encargo de tratar con el cliente desde hace mucho y empecé desde abajo , y aunque aveces no sienta que el cliente tiene la razón así debe de ser y más esta vez que me pongo en la parte del empleado pero si se pasó de grosero.
